How to Report Irregularities?

The application should include your personal information, including a contact address. If the application is submitted from an internal b2bnetwork.pl mailbox, please indicate whether the response should be sent to the same address or to another address specified by the applicant.
What Can Be Reported?
A report must pertain to a violation of law, which includes any action or omission that is illegal or intended to circumvent the law, specifically in relation to:
- Corruption;
- Public procurement;
- Financial services, products, and markets;
- Anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism;
- Product safety and compliance with requirements;
- Transportation safety;
- Environmental protection;
- Radiological protection and nuclear safety;
- Food and feed safety;
- Animal health and welfare;
- Public health;
- Consumer protection;
- Privacy and personal data protection;
- Security of networks and information systems;
- Financial interests of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, local government units, and the European Union;
- The internal market of the European Union, including public law principles of competition, state aid regulations, and corporate taxation;
- Constitutional freedoms and human and civil rights—occurring in interactions between individuals and public authorities, unrelated to the areas listed in points 1-16.
Reports of violations of regulations other than those mentioned above will not be processed under the Act and will be handled in accordance with the regulations of B2B.net S.A.
Whistleblower Protection
A whistleblower is protected at the moment of making a report or public disclosure, provided that they had reasonable grounds to believe that the information being reported or disclosed publicly was true at the time of the report or disclosure and that it constitutes information about a violation of the law.
We ensure that B2B.net S.A. conducts all activities related to the report with confidentiality, meaning that unauthorized individuals are prevented from accessing the information covered by the report. We also guarantee the protection of the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, the identity of the person to whom the report pertains, and any third party mentioned in the report.
Consequences of Identified Legal Violations
B2B.net S.A. may take appropriate actions in the event of a detected legal violation, specifically:
- Submit a notification of suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities;
- Enforce accountability based on applicable laws;
- Implement corrective actions to eliminate identified violations and prevent their recurrence in the future.
