Onboarding

After signing the contract, the onboarding process begins. We support you with all formalities, arrange access to the necessary tools, and make sure you feel comfortable from day one. A dedicated mentor will guide you step by step through all stages of starting the collaboration.

What if I don’t like the project?

You have full freedom in making decisions – if a project doesn’t meet your expectations, you can decline it or resign from participation. Together, we’ll find another assignment that better fits your needs. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and grow in the work you choose

How does payment work?

We cooperate in a B2B model with clear and transparent settlement rules. Payments are always made on time, exactly as agreed in the contract. This way, you can be fully confident in stability and financial security.

Will I get onboarding support at the beginning of the project?

Yes, every specialist goes through an onboarding process led by a dedicated mentor. We help with all formalities, organize access to necessary tools, and make sure you feel confident from day one. We’re with you at every stage of onboarding.

Can I work 100% remotely?

Many of our projects offer the possibility of fully remote work, but not all of them. Some clients prefer a hybrid model or occasional presence in the office. At the project selection stage, we always communicate the terms clearly so you can choose what best fits your expectations.

Will I sign a B2B contract with B2B Network or with the end client?

You sign the contract directly with B2B Network. This way, all formalities and settlements are simple and consistent. You can focus on the project, and we take care of the rest.

Can I take a break between projects?

Yes, you decide when and how long you want to rest before the next assignment. We don’t require continuous project work – we fully respect your needs. After a break, we’ll help you find a new challenge at the right moment for you.

Do I choose the project myself, or is it assigned to me?

Projects are always presented transparently, and it’s you who decides which ones you join. We never impose cooperation with a client if you don’t feel it’s the right fit. You have real influence on your career path.

What if the client ends the project earlier than planned?

In such a case, we immediately look for a new project for you to ensure continuity of cooperation. You have the guarantee that you won’t be left without support. For us, it’s a priority to make sure your career develops steadily.

Who do I contact if something isn’t working in the project?

At every stage of cooperation, you have a dedicated delivery manager. This is the person you can reach out to with any issue – technical or organizational. Thanks to this, you always know you have real support.

Do you offer access to training or certifications?
