- In the event of reservations regarding the substantive or formal level of training, the Participant has the right to lodge a complaint in writing within 7 days of the end of the training.
- Each complaint submitted is considered and considered. The overall assessment of a given training, i.e. the average of scores obtained from all evaluation surveys, has an impact on the recognition of complaints. A complaint has the right to be rejected if the average score for a given training session is higher than 6 on a scale of 1 to 10 points.
- The training organizer has 14 working days to consider the complaint
- The complaint form should contain the fullest possible description of the problem and explanations of the reservations, and evidence e.g. opinions of other participants.
- The complaint should contain:
- Description of the problem
- Contact details to the Participant submitting the complaint (i.e. name, company name, address, phone number, e-mail address)
- The name, date and place of the training against which a reservation is raised and the manner of resolving the case proposed by the Participant / Employer
- The Participant / Employer under the guarantee may receive the following forms of compensation:
- repetition of training at another time,
- discount for the next training
- Complaints along with a detailed description of the problem can be submitted by e-mail to the following address: szkolenia@b2bnetwork.pl or by post to the address of the headquarters of Al. Jerozolimskie 180, 02-486 Warsaw
- Information on the consideration of the complaint will be sent to the Participant’s e-mail address, to which he agrees. Other issues related to the complaint are regulated by the Civil Code.
