B2Bnetwork training regulations

GENERAL PROVISIONS

    1. The b2bnetwork.pl website is run by B2B.net S.A. with its registered office in 02-486 Warsaw, in the street Al. Jerozolimskie 180, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Olsztyn, VIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under number 0000387063, NIP: 5711707392, hereinafter referred to as “B2Bnetwork”.
    2. The Regulations define the rules related to the purchase, organization and participation in training organized by B2Bnetwork.

DEFINITIONS USED IN THE TERMS OF TERMS MEAN:

    1. User ? consumer, entrepreneur and any other entity using the website who has purchased participation in training or other similar projects organized by B2Bnetwork and / or subscribed to the newsletter.
    2. Consumer ? a User who is a natural person performing legal activities with B2Bnetwork that are not directly related to his business or professional activity.
    3. Participant ? the User and/or other person designated by the User to take part in the Training.
    4. Training ? educational classes taking the form of workshops or lectures, full-time or online, aimed at obtaining, supplementing or improving professional qualifications. The date and subject of the training each time is specified in detail in the training information.
    5. Order ? the Training Order form completed by the User and sent to B2Bnetwork for the purpose of purchasing the Training. or buying online training
    6. Agreement ? a training sale agreement concluded between B2Bnetwork and the User, in accordance with the content of the Order sent.
    7. Coordinators ? a person appointed by B2Bnetwork to service the User.
    8. Coaches ? people conducting Training on behalf of B2Bnetwork.
    9. Newsletter – a free B2Bnetwork newsletter containing, in particular, information about organized trainings, workshops, webinars and meetups, which you can receive by subscribing to it via the website www.b2bnetwork.pl and agreeing to receive commercial information by electronic means.
    10. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the Protection of data) of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the European Union No. 119, p. 1)

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

    1. The information on the website www.b2bnetwork.pl does not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Civil Code. By placing an Order via the form, the User submits an offer to purchase a specific Training, on the terms provided in the information about this Training.
    2. In order to place an Order, the User submits an online application via the form available on the website www.b2bnetwork.pl, which is sent to B2Bnetwork.
    3. The conclusion of the Training Agreement between B2Bnetwork and the User takes place when B2Bnetwork sends an e-mail confirming acceptance of the Order and participation in the Training.
    4. The condition of concluding the Training Agreement is acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations.
    5. Participants who are under 18 years of age or do not have full legal capacity can take part in training organized by B2Bnetwork only with the written consent of their parents or legal guardians.

PAYMENT

    1. By concluding the Agreement, the User undertakes to pay remuneration for the Training.
    2. B2Bnetwork has the right to refuse the User and / or the Participant indicated by him to participate in the Training, in the absence of payment of remuneration.
    3. The user can make payments via online transfer.
    4. At the User’s request, it is possible to issue a proforma invoice.
    5. A VAT invoice is issued immediately after completing the Training and sent to the User to the e-mail address indicated in the application.
    6. The User agrees to sending invoices, duplicate invoices and correcting invoices electronically to the e-mail address provided by the User in the Order. In the event of changing the e-mail address referred to in the previous sentence, the User shall be obliged to notify B2Bnetwork in writing, subject to paragraph 7.
    7. The documents referred to in par. 6 may be sent to the User in paper form when technical obstacles prevent them from being sent electronically.

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE TRAINING (WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT) – CONSUMER.

    1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving a reason and without incurring costs, within 14 days from the date of its conclusion. The consumer loses the right to withdraw from the Agreement if he took part in the Training, which took place before the deadline referred to in the first sentence, with his express consent.
    2. In order to exercise the right from paragraph 1 The consumer submits a statement of withdrawal from the Order by sending a statement to the e-mail address: szkolenia@b2bnetwork.pl or directly to Coordinators.
    3. B2Bnetwork shall immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the Agreement, return to the Consumer all payments made by him.
    4. In the case of a statement by the Consumer that his will is to allocate the funds paid to participate in the same training, at a different date or to participate in another training of his choice, B2Bnetwork will credit the remuneration with the title of a new training chosen by the Consumer.
    5. B2Bnetwork will refund payments using the same payment method that the Consumer used.

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE TRAINING (WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT) – OTHER USERS.

  1. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement by Users who are not Consumers, the relevant provisions of § 5 shall apply, subject to the following points.
  2. B2Bnetwork shall immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the Agreement, return the User the remuneration paid by him with the title of Training, after deduction of administrative and accounting costs in the amount of 1% of the amount paid.
  3. If it is necessary to issue a corrective invoice, the time to return the amount (14 days) is counted from the time the User confirms receipt of the correcting invoice. Confirmation can be done by email.
  4. In case of resignation from the training by the Participant later than 14 days before the date of commencement of the training (the date of receipt of the email resignation to B2Bnetwork counts) or failure to take part in the training, B2Bnetwork reserves the right to full remuneration for the Training.
  5. B2Bnetwork has the right not to enter into an Agreement with the User or to withdraw from the Agreement in any case where the User fails to pay remuneration to B2Bnetwork, also resulting from titles other than Training.

CHANGES REGARDING TRAININGS

  1. In the event of a change of location (city) or date of training, B2Bnetwork is obliged to immediately inform the User about these changes and in the absence of acceptance of changes by the User, B2Bnetwork is obliged to agree a convenient solution for both parties (including: transferring the User to another training date or another place of training or reimbursement).
  2. B2Bnetwork has the right to change the person conducting the Training, if it results from reasons beyond his control.
  3. B2Bnetwork has the right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded with the User, not later than 4 business days before the planned date of the Training in the absence of a sufficient number of Participants and in other random cases. In the above situation, the User may demand the return of the paid remuneration or declare that he wants to allocate the paid amount to the same training taking place at a different date. In the event of a request for reimbursement, the User is reimbursed the entire amount he originally paid within 14 days.
  4. The User will be notified by e-mail at least 4 days before the planned date of the training about the changes referred to in § 7 of the Regulations.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY B2Bnetwork

  1. B2Bnetwork guarantees the employment of appropriate Trainers to implement the training.
  2. B2Bnetwork, as well as Trainers and Coordinators are in no way responsible for the form and effects of the Participant’s use of methods, products and services obtained during the training.
  3. In the event of repeated reprehensible behavior of the Participant during training, the Trainer or Coordinator has the right to order the Participant to leave the training. In the above case, the Participant is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid for participation in the training.
  4. B2Bnetwork, Coaches and Coordinators are not liable for damages caused by the Participant at the place of training.

 FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. B2Bnetwork will inform Users about any change to the Regulations by posting relevant information on the website.
  2. In matters not covered in the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code will apply, and for Consumers – also the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
